I am a West Indies RM, so maybe I can clarify. I think pretty much anywhere in the world people take a picture before or after the baptism. In the West Indies, instead of just smiling and saying 'cheese' we have a tradition of putting our hands in the air and (usually) shouting 'Hurrah for Israel' to express our excitement.
