About Me

My photo
Dr. B
I have served a mission to Italy Rome and Canada Toronto (Italian-speaking), been a ward missionary leader, taught Religion 130 Missionary Prep at BYU--Hawaii, and researched the topic of Mormon Missionary service for over thirty years. I have a sidebar of my book Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord. I had five daughters on LDS missions and two currently serving: Genevieve Bruno Larsen (Korea Daejon Mission), Gianina Bruno Harris (Italy Rome Mission), Flora Bruno (Taipei Taiwan Mission), Annika Bruno (Philippines Cebu Mission), Deseret Bruno (Brazil Sao Paulo East Mission), and Francesca Bruno (Czech Slovak Mission). Michael is third Bruno child on a mission. All seven of my daughters and my one son have been encouraged to serve a mission. We are a missionary-oriented family. I hope you will gain an understanding of what missionaries do from the posts.
