Brief Description of Elder M. Russell Ballard's February 17th Devotional

A brief description of the February 17th devotional by Elder M. Russell Ballard was given in Elder Mark Burns blog. Elder Burns is going on a mission to Oslo, Norway. This is what he said:

This week, they talked to us about not letting people tell us we won't have success. They both baptized many people in Norway and promised us if we work hard and internalize the doctrine and have faith to find, we will baptize people. Awesome. They must be inspired because the message given in our Tuesday devotional by ELDER BALLARD was on the same topic.

Yes, the devotional was by Elder Ballard and it was amazing. When he walked in, we were all hit by the tidal wave of his spirit. He promised us that regardless of where we go, if we have a positive attitude and "own" the gospel principles (know them so well that they become a part of us) that we will have success. So yeah, pretty much an Apostle of the Lord PROMISED us success. Gotta love it. It was such a powerful meeting. Wish you all could have been there.
